PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal magnet that has sufficient hurt resistance against impact having repeatability, and to provide a motor capable of keeping higher output over a long term than a conventional one by including such a metal magnet.SOLUTION: The motor includes this metal magnet including a magnet body 12 and a coating layer 14 over the magnet body 12, wherein the Martens hardness of the coating layer 14 is ≥2,000 N/mmand the elastic recovery rate of the coating layer 14 is ≤25%. The motor includes the metal magnet, wherein the elastic recovery rate is ≥5%. The motor further includes the metal magnet, wherein the thickness of the coating layer is 1-50 μm. |
