PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an installation structure of a blower which can be installed in a limited space without causing cost increase and deterioration of environment and the like.SOLUTION: A blower casing 22 accommodating a blower 21 is disposed on a ceiling slab 12 connected to a treatment tank 10. A circuit casing 31 accommodating a driving circuit 30 is disposed in a pipe gallery 13 formed in a space under the ceiling slab 12. The blower casing 22 and the circuit casing 31 are made to communicate with each other by a first air duct 40 penetrating the ceiling slab 12. Air induced by the blower 21 is introduced from the circuit casing 31 into the blower casing 22 through the first air duct 40.
