PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acid transfer resin composition suitable for production of biochips, with which various kinds of polymers can be formed on a substrate even when exposure amount is low, and to provide a method for producing biochips by using the composition.SOLUTION: The acid transfer resin composition contains (A) a polymer having a structural unit expressed by formula (1) and (B) a radiation-sensitive acid generator. In formula (1), Rrepresents a hydrogen atom or methyl; Rrepresents an arylene group which may have a substituent; Rand Reach independently represents a hydrogen atom, alkyl, aryl or phenyl, or Rand Rmay bond together with a nitrogen atom to form a cyclic amino group; and n represents an integer of 0 to 8. |
