PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily manage reservation information included in mail in a format corresponding to a transmission source address.SOLUTION: A reservation management device 10 includes: a communication unit 16 for receiving mail including reservation information relating to reservation of service in a preliminarily set format according to a transmission source address; a storage unit 17 for storing recognition procedure information showing a procedure for recognizing the reservation information from the mail in association with the transmission source address; and a CPU 11 for recognizing the reservation information from the mail by the procedure corresponding to the transmission source address of the mail received by the communication unit 16 by using the recognition procedure information stored in the storage unit 17, and storing the reservation information in the storage unit 17. |
