Provided is an anti-fuse element wherein insulation breakdown due to electrostatic discharge rarely occurs. The anti-fuse element (10) is provided with a capacitance unit (20) comprising an insulation layer (22) and at least a pair of electrode layers (21, 23) formed on an upper and a lower surface of the insulation layer, wherein the capacitance unit (20) has a protection function against electrostatic discharge. Because the capacitance unit has a protection function against electrostatic discharge, an anti-fuse element wherein insulation breakdown due to electrostatic discharge at the time of, for example, installing a component rarely occurs, can be provided. |
