FABRICATION METHOD OF SOLID OXIDE FUEL CELL

PURPOSE: A fabrication method of a solid oxide fuel cell is provided to prepare a solid electrolyte with a dense film structure on a porous electrode and to control the fine structure and thickness of the thin film through the control of a process parameter. CONSTITUTION: A fabrication method of a solid oxide fuel cell comprises the steps of: forming a solid electrolyte thin film on a positive electrode; and forming a negative electrode on the solid electrolyte thin film. The solid electrolyte thin film and negative electrode are prepared by depositing a solid electrolyte slurry composition and a negative electrode slurry composition through an electrospray method and heat-treating it.
