POROUS SUBSTRATE FOR CHEMICAL REACTOR, CHEMICAL REACTOR USING THE SAME AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A porous carrier for a reactor, the reactor using thereof, and a producing method thereof are provided to for nano-scale micro pore structures on the porous carrier by electro-spinning a spinning solution as a nanofiber web. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a porous carrier for a reactor including a catalyst supporter comprises the following steps: melting a fiber forming polymer to a solvent(S11); adding a metal or a ceramic precursor with an additive to the polymer solution to make a spinning solution(S12); spinning the spinning solution to the porous carrier or a wire mesh as a base carrier, to form a nanofiber web(S13); and high-temperature sintering the base carrier to remove organic materials from the ceramic precursor.(S16).
