PURPOSE: A cloth dryer is provided to ensure a required amount of dry wind and to enhance the drying efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A cloth dryer(1) comprises a body(4), a drying chamber(2), a circulating path(3), a dry-wind generating unit, a heat exchanger(31) and a bypass path(32). The body forms a frame. The drying chamber is installed and held in the body. The circulating path is installed so that dry wind can be circulated to the drying chamber. The dry-wind generating unit is installed on a way to the circulating path and consists of a heater for generating heated dry-wind and a ventilating unit. The heat exchanger is installed on the upstream part of the dry-wind generating unit of the circulating path and forms a path in an inner part, which water-cooling dehumidifies the moisture from the dry wind. The bypass path is installed in parallel to the path in the heat exchanger. |
