<p>PURPOSE: An electrode paste for a solar cell, the solar cell using the same, and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to improve the photoelectric conversion efficiency of the solar cell by forming an emitter layer with a high surface resistance. CONSTITUTION: A second conductive semiconductor layer(2) is formed in the front side of a first conductive semiconductor substrate(1). An anti-reflection layer(3) is formed on the second conductive semiconductor layer. A front electrode(4) is formed on the anti-reflection layer. The front electrode passes through the anti-reflection layer to be in connection with the second conductive semiconductor layer. A rear electrode(5) is formed on the rear side of the first conductive semiconductor substrate.</p> |
