<p>The invention relates to a logistic container (1), such as a shipping container, where at least one of the sides is open to allow loading and unloading of cargo. One or more beams (7) may extend longitudinally from one end to another parallel with the bottom (3) and posts (8) may extend vertically in plane with a side of the container. Both beams and posts are preferably detachable. Different kinds of stops may be provided for keeping the cargo from sliding within or out of the container and the side may be closed with a tarpaulin or the like. Cargo may advantageously be stored in boxes and the container may comprise means for fixating and handling such boxes.</p> |
