<p>PURPOSE: An array panels for s display device is provided to configure thin film transistor of a structure, which a semiconductor and gate wire to have equipotential, thereby preventing damage of thin film transistor by electro static flowing in a display area. CONSTITUTION: A butter layer(107) is forms on front surface of a substrate on a first gate wire. A first insulation layer(115) is formed on front surface of the substrate on a first semiconductor layer. A gate insulating layer(125) is formed on a front surface of the substrate on a second semiconductor layer. A interlayer insulating film(140) is formed on the front surface of the substrate on a second gate wire and a gate electrode.</p> |
