PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus which has a simple configuration and separates a photosensitive member from an endless belt.SOLUTION: The image forming apparatus includes a color unit 26 integrally holding color (yellow, magenta and cyan) photosensitive drums 15, and a translation cam 34 configured to press a color guide shaft 65 provided at the right end portion of the color unit 26 upward by sliding in a front-rear direction. The translation cam 34 is slid to press the color guide shaft 65, and swing the color unit 26 around the left end portion of the color unit 26 as a fulcrum, whereby the color photosensitive drum 15 held in the color unit 26 is separated from a conveying belt 20 in all through right-left directions. |
