PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excellent tubular flow reactor that maintains plug flow performance even when stirring blades are used, facilitates a uniform reaction, and obtains uniform resin fine particles with narrow particle size distribution and molecular weight distribution with no mixing of coarse particles, and a method for producing resin fine particles using the tubular flow reactor.SOLUTION: In the tubular flow reactor having stirring blades, a flow path of the tubular flow reactor is cylindrical. Assuming that C is a radius of the stirring axis of the stirring blades, t is a thickness of the stirring blade, and A is a distance between a stirring blade plane B facing toward the rotating direction of the stirring blade and a plane S parallel to the stirring blade plane B and passing through the center of the stirring axis, the following is satisfied: t<2C and t/2C<A/C≤1. The stirring blade plane B is ahead of the plane S passing through the center of the stirring axis in the rotating direction of the stirring blade. |
