PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sanitary napkin easily curved so as to follow a curved shape of the crotch portion of a woman, which has a swelling portion demonstrating elastic shrinkage force provided on the skin side surface of the napkin body.SOLUTION: The sanitary napkin 1 includes a first swelling portion 31 and a second swelling portion 15 demonstrating elastic shrinkage force in the longitudinal direction on a skin side surface of the napkin body 2 with a liquid absorption layer. The first swelling portion 31 demonstrates elastic shrinkage force between a front start end 34 and a rear start end 35, and the second swelling portion 15 demonstrates elastic shrinkage force between a front start end 13a and a rear start end 14a. In an overlapping portion (i), elastic force of both the first and second swelling portions 31, 15 is activated. Thus the napkin body 2 is made easily deformable to have a smaller curvature in the overlapping portion (i) to follow a shape of the crotch portion of a woman. |
