PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a differential signal line capable of improving a reflection characteristic of a high density wiring substrate at an intended frequency, reducing a change of a shape of wiring, and improving a design freedom.SOLUTION: This differential signal line includes: a first differential signal line composed of first and second wiring parts; a second differential signal line composed of the first and the second wiring parts, and having differential impedance different from that of the first differential signal line; a third differential signal line composed of a first wiring part extending from the first wiring part of the second differential signal line, and a second wiring part extending from the second wiring part of the first differential signal line; a first connection wiring part for connecting the first wiring part of the first differential signal line and the first wiring part of the third differential signal line; and a second connection wiring part for connecting the second wiring part of the second differential signal line and the second wiring part of the third differential signal line. The length of the third differential signal line is 1/4 of an effective wavelength. |
