In the semiconductor integrated circuit 10a, the switching of the power supply apparatus is controlled by the switching frequency to be specified by the magnitude of a load 8 connected to an output terminal OUT. The semiconductor integrated circuit is provided between the output terminal and second power supply apparatus line and is configured to have the lowest frequency clamp circuit 4 which controls the lowest frequency of the switching frequency to be higher than the first frequency in response to the first signal Sa for controlling the first switching element. |
