PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of multipliers used in a down-sampling filter which performs the down-sampling of 1/N times with respect to data.SOLUTION: Each time series value selection means 1, B selects one time series value from among N-pieces of time series values in different timing for a time series value xof the data, each time series value addition means C adds each selected time series value to a time series value in predetermined timing, each coefficient storage means D stores a coefficient based on a filter coefficient, a coefficient selection means 2 selects each kind of the coefficient, each multiplication means E multiplies an addition result and the coefficient, or multiplies a predetermined time series value and the coefficient, a total means 11 totals multiplication results, cumulative addition means 12, 13 perform the cumulative addition of the totaled result for N times of continuous timing, and an output means 14 outputs a cumulative addition result at an output rate of 1/N times with respect to an input rate. |
