PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated body having high reliability and productivity.SOLUTION: The laminated body comprises a plurality of insulating layers and conductive layers alternately laminated. The conductive layers have first conductive layers and second conductive layers facing the first conductive layers through dielectric layers alternately arranged so as to cross over end parts of the first conductive layers in planar view. Assuming the direction to which the first and the second conductive layer alternately extend as a first direction, and the direction orthogonal to the first direction as a second direction, the end part of the first conductive layers have no part parallel to the second direction in planar view. |
