PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-energy X-ray image forming device capable of forming an X-ray image of a thin subject stably in low noise for long hours.SOLUTION: A subject 100 is irradiated with a low-energy X-ray below 20 keV from an X-ray source 10, a transmitted low-energy X-ray is converted and amplified into electrons by a gas electron amplifier 12, and detected by an electron detector 14, and a low-energy X-ray image of the subject 100 is formed by an X-ray image forming device 16. In the low-energy X-ray image, a noise such as a printing ink, a metal or another foreign matter is removed in comparison with a reference X-ray image or a visible image, or by detecting an absorption end of the low-energy X-ray by a foreign matter. |
