PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roller which reliably removes and squeezes liquid stuck to a surface to be washed made of a flexible and thin object, such as paper and film, to wash the surface to be washed, and is excellent in durability, and to provide a washing device on which the roller is loaded.SOLUTION: The roller 1 has a roller part 2 and a base stand 3, the roller part 2 is formed by laminating a substantially annular roller piece 4 made of nonwoven fabric cloth on the outer circumference of the base stand 3, and the base stand 3 assumes such a bilayer structure that a substantially cylindrical inner cylinder 6 is inserted into a hollow outer cylinder 5, wherein, by the rotation of the outer cylinder 5, outer pore parts 10 opened on the outer circumference of the outer cylinder 5 are successively superimposed on inner pore parts 16 opened on the outer circumference of the inner cylinder 6 and also fluid is sucked. |
