PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carbon black-free electrically conductive sulfur-vulcanized rubber blend of a solid (butadiene-acrylonitrile) copolymer and a solid polyaniline doped with sulfonic acid, and produced by a practical and eco-friendly method.SOLUTION: A method for producing the sulfur-vulcanized electrically conductive rubber blend comprises use of an electrically conductive solid polyaniline filler having a protonation rate of 40-100%, doped with sulfonic acid and synthesized by using a high-purity aniline monomer, an oxidation agent, a catalyst and a doping agent, and sulfur vulcanization of a material obtained by mechanically mixing the filler at 30-120°C using an internal mixing device and a two-roll open milling device and using a specific dispersing agent. |
