PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote controller for agricultural work machines with which an operator can operate various operations of the agricultural work machine from suitable distance and safety is raised.SOLUTION: The remote controller 60 for agricultural work machines is provided with: a power supply; a power switch which turns the power supply on and off; a command switch for transmitting a command signal for controlling the various operations of the agricultural work machine; a storage means for storing command signal data for controlling the various operations; a communication means 223 for transmitting radio wave for conveying the command signal when the power switch is on, and transmitting the command signal by putting it on the radio wave based on the command signal data when the command switch is turned on; and a control means 221 for reading the command signal data from the storage means to transmit the command signal data to the communication means 223 when the command switch is turned on, wherein the communication means is provided with an output control means 226 for adjusting and outputting intensity of the radio wave to be output when the command switch is operated by each command signal for controlling the various operations.
