PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valve spool assembling device which precisely controls the falling speed of a valve spool in a containing hole formed in a valve body, and thereby preventing the deformation of the valve spool and the valve body.SOLUTION: The assembling device 100 containing the valve spool 3 in the containing hole 2 formed in the valve body 1 includes: a floating guide 10 introducing the valve spool 3 which falls of its own weight into an opening of the containing hole 2; a vibrating device 20 providing horizontal vibrations to the floating guide 10; and a control device 151 which, setting the point at the time when the leading end of the valve spool 3 is fit into the opening of the containing hole 2 as the base time point, allows providing vibration with a first frequency N1 to the floating guide 10 before the base time point, and allows providing vibration with a second frequency N2 to the floating guide 10 after the base time point. |
