The invention refers to a plant and a procedure for the treatment of sewage water, industrial liquid waste, waste fluid from slaughterhouses, manure, chemicals from agriculture, germicides, water from pharmaceutical industry and other water containing solved or suspended substances. It was unexpectedly found that water treatment in a reactor where electrical discharges occur at finite intervals results in the formation of a radiation field and a thermal field with temperatures of about 10...15,000 °C, which stops the activity of microorganisms and the carbonization thereof, together with the impurities contained in the waste water. Thus we achieve fuel gas and purified water, which can be discharged into an envoy, after filtration and UV sterilization. According to the invention, the installation contains some vertical reactors, in which water has a relatively low temperature, between which a filtering column is placed, vertically disposed, between the last of the horizontal reactors and another reactor for water heating to a relatively high temperature there is mounted another filtering column, in connection to horizontal reactors there are mounted some pulse generators applied to sandblasted disks belonging to a subset for the dissociation of water, mounted by means of upper and lower horizontal bearers, in some chambers of horizontal reactors, to the lower bearers there is attached a sieve provided with some holes that allow the passage of gas and water without impurities, each horizontal reactor is connected by some pipelines, with some filters for carbon retention and respectively with a cooler from which water is pushed with a pump by some pipelines, having mounted inside some electric valves into a pipeline with a solenoid mounted inside through wastewater is periodically pushed by a pump into the first horizontal reactor and respectively into some pipelines, having mounted on some electric valves, which are mounted between horizontal reactors and filter columns and between the last of them and the last horizontal reactor, each filtering column having a mantle which separates a chamber with a volume equal to the volume of the reactor chambers, in which some upper and lower bearers are placed, a cylindrical filter with a sieve is placed between them. |
