摘要 The invention refers to a plant and a procedure for the treatment of sewage water, industrial liquid waste, waste fluid from slaughterhouses, manure, chemicals from agriculture, germicides, water from pharmaceutical industry and other water containing solved or suspended substances. It was unexpectedly found that water treatment in a reactor where electrical discharges occur at finite intervals results in the formation of a radiation field and a thermal field with temperatures of about 10...15,000 °C, which stops the activity of microorganisms and the carbonization thereof, together with the impurities contained in the waste water. Thus we achieve fuel gas and purified water, which can be discharged into an envoy, after filtration and UV sterilization.
