<p>The equipment (1) has a connection (20) for retaining a shoe, which is partially connected with a running body (10). A spring element (30) is attached between the running body and the connection such that the connection is partially moved on or from the running body to support and initiate running or walking movement with the equipment due to a spring effect. The spring element is formed in c-shape or S-shape. The running body and the connection are provided with upper, lower and middle layers. The connection includes a side element on a lateral edge. An independent claim is also included for a method for assembling a sport equipment.</p>
