<p>A measuring device for continuous physical quantity comprises a timing unit (20) for outputting a time base and a time scale; a sampling unit (12), which samples the continuous physical quantity (10) under the time base and at time intervals that meet the Nyquist sampling theorem, and outputs a sampling value XK; a judgment unit (14), which judges whether the sampling value XK turns into a transient state process from a steady state process or turns into the steady state process from the transient state process; a calculating unit (16), which calculates a steady state value X of the sampling value XK during the sampling unit (12) in the steady state process; and an output unit (18), which outputs the start time of the steady state process and the steady state value X, and the start time and the sampling value XK of the transient state process according to the result of judgment and the time scale. And a measuring method for continuous physical quantity is provided.</p> |
