PURPOSE: An automatic modulation device of a frequency hopping signal and a device thereof are provided to differentiate modulation method, thereby performing exact and effective analysis. CONSTITUTION: A determination unit(110) analyzes a pattern of a frequency hopping signal. If the analyzed pattern is a low speed hopping, an analyzing unit(120) statistically analyzes the frequency hopping signal by each dispersion and standard deviation according to a frequency, phase, and amplitude. According to analysis result, a estimation unit(140) differently estimates a modulation method. According to the estimated modulation type, a control unit(130) determines the modulation method.
