PURPOSE: A cervical plating system is provided to prevent the loosening of a fastening screw by combining a screw separation preventing member with a screw position combining member. CONSTITUTION: A cervical plating system includes a cervical plate(110), a plurality of fastening nuts(120), a nut separation preventing member(130,140), and a nut position restricting member(150). The cervical plate has a plurality of joint holes. A plurality of fastening screws are respectively inserted into a plurality of joint holes. A screw separation preventing member is rotatably arranged between a first position to open a joint hole and a second position to close a part of the joint hole. The screw position restricting member is combined with the screw separation preventing member.
