PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use one camera to measure both of a displacement amount of a measuring object and temperature including the temperature corresponding to a far-infrared region.SOLUTION: An infrared camera 12 takes an image of a test piece 30 along with multiple gauge markers 32 which are attached to the test piece 30 and respectively contain cooling gel so as to maintain temperature lower than the minimum temperature in a temperature variation range of the test piece 30. A temperature distribution image conversion part 20 converts the infrared image taken by the infrared camera 12 into a temperature distribution image, a marker detection part 22 detects each marker region showing the gauge markers 32, from the temperature distribution image, a displacement amount measurement part 24 measures a displacement amount of the test piece 30 on the basis of distance between the detected marker regions, and a temperature measurement part 26 measures the temperature of the test piece 30 on the basis of the temperature distribution image. |
