PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reflection protection sheet and a semiconductor power generator capable of manufacturing products of fixed quality without deformation arising when assembling, while capable of raising power generation efficiency.SOLUTION: This reflection protection sheet 10 comprises: a transmissive protective layer 17 that lets light emitted from the back surface of the semiconductor power generator body transmit, a reflective structure layer 16 disposed on the back surface side of the transmissive protective layer 17 that reflects the light transmitted through the transmissive protective layer 17 toward the transmissive protective layer 17, and an outer layer 11 disposed on the back surface side of the reflective structure layer 16 that protects the reflective structure layer 16. The reflective structure layer 16 is composed of an optical structure layer 15 that has formed a concavo-convex shape on the front surface or back surface, and a reflection film 14 laminated on the concavo-convex shape. The optical structure layer 15 is formed of thermosetting resin, or thermoplastic resin of no lower than 95°C in vicat softening temperature. |
