摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin-film solar cell which has superior power generation efficiency, and to provide a method of manufacturing the same.SOLUTION: The thin-film solar cell has a plurality of thin-film solar cells, arranged on a translucent insulating substrate, each constituted by sequentially laminating a transparent electrode layer composed of a transparent conductive film, a power generation layer composed of a semiconductor film and performing photoelectric conversion, and a back electrode layer composed of a conductive film reflecting light, wherein a groove part of a power generation layer reaching a transparent electrode layer of one of thin-film solar cells is located between the adjacent thin-film solar cells, and the transparent electrode layer of the one cell and the back electrode layer of the other cell are electrically connected in series in the groove. The thin-film solar cell includes an inclined part which reaches the transparent electrode layer by decreasing in thickness from an upper surface of the power generation layer to the transparent electrode layer in a first direction in which the groove part extends at a side part of the power generation layer of the groove part on the side of the other cell, and a conductive film which is formed continuously with the back electrode layer of the other cell from the upside face of the transparent electrode layer of the one cell in the groove part to the back electrode layer of the other cell via an inclined surface of the inclined part.
