PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein, there are a plurality of parameters for representing train conditions, and so it is difficult to compare one present train with one past train existing at a similar position on a one-to-one basis for investigation even when using coordinates for holding the positions of many trains existing at positions on a railroad at the same time and comparing the train condition at a present time with that at a past time similar thereto as the whole train information, for example.SOLUTION: For assuming a future train condition from a present train condition, the images of train conditions are seized and accumulated and the image of the present train condition is compared with the accumulated images of the past train conditions to search the train condition including a plurality of elements from the past image-accumulated train conditions. |
