PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polymer composition and a polymer piezoelectric film that have easy adhesion.SOLUTION: The polymer composition includes 20-90 pts.wt. polyvinylidene fluoride and 80-10 pts.wt. vinylidene fluoride copolymer, provided that the total of the polyvinylidene fluoride and the vinylidene fluoride copolymer is 100 pts.wt. The vinylidene fluoride copolymer is produced by copolymerizing 100 pts.wt. vinylidene fluoride monomer containing not less than 60 wt.% vinylidene fluoride and 0.1-3 pts.wt. monoester of an unsaturated dibasic acid.
