PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an atmospheric pressure chemical ionization interface capable of easily restoring, and maintaining the reproducibility of, a corona discharge needle that has been deformed during a maintenance operation.SOLUTION: A shape memory alloy is used as a material for a corona discharge needle 18. A shape memory alloy has a feature that, even if it is deformed under a room temperature, its shape is restored by being heated. Thus, having the above structure, the corona discharge needle 18 that has been deformed during a maintenance operation performed under a room temperature restores its original shape in its ordinary use where the corona discharge needle 18 is heated. |
