PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spiral contactor which is equipped with superior electrical connectability and durability, and a compact outline and superior deep yield point together, and in which an edge of the upper face in the longitudinal direction of a spiral contact corresponding to a connecting terminal side is sharply protruded, and its manufacturing method.SOLUTION: The spiral contactor 1 is equipped with a protruding edge 2 upward at least at one part of the edges 2, 2 of the upper face 6 in the longitudinal direction of the convex spiral contact 11. The protruding edge 2 is formed by a corner R formed when applying Cu plating onto an exposed face of a Cu foil, and since both edges formed by a hard material such as rhodium are protruded in the upper direction, the spiral contact 11 is strongly pressurized against the connecting terminal, and by sliding the edge 2 of the spiral contactor 11, the electric connectability can be improved by tearing an oxidized membrane formed on a surface of the connecting terminal. |
