PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an autonomous filter element, and a method for improving service life and performance of a filter.SOLUTION: The autonomous filter element is provided with: a. a filter member having a membrane through which a fluid passes and housing supporting the membrane; b. at least one sensor composed so as to monitor at least one parameter relative to the filter element and installed in the filter member; c. a mechanism for indicating warning to an operator; and d. a treatment apparatus in a communication state with the sensor and the mechanism and also controlling an actuator. The treatment apparatus is constituted so as to operate at the respective three modes, wherein the first mode is used during an ordinary operation, the second mode is used for controlling the actuator, and the third mode is used for operating the alarm mechanism. |
