PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nucleic acid analyzer that eliminates aging variation of a measuring device and difference between devices using a reference sample and performs accurate fluorescent measurement.SOLUTION: In this nucleic acid analyzer, a standard reaction vessel having a fluorescent dye is installed in a sample holder of a disk-like carousel, fluorescence emitted by the reaction vessel during passing a detection unit is detected by a fluorescence detecting element while the carousel is rotating in the circumferential direction in an always lit state of a light emitting diode as a light source, and continuously analyzes a plurality of samples. Whenever the reference sample passes the detection unit, the current value of the light emitting diode is adjusted so that the fluorescence signal output of a standard fluorescence sample becomes a reference value. |
