PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microtreatment apparatus in which a component flowing into the direction orthogonal to the flow direction of a liquid to be treated is induced so that an inter-electrode voltage is made lower than before.SOLUTION: The microtreatment apparatus includes a flow path L2 for circulating the liquid Ma to be treated, and a cathode K and an anode P which are exposed in the flow path L2 and used for applying an electric field to the liquid Ma to be treated. An electric field application part includes an agitation part 7 comprising a plurality of grooves 7a or/and a plurality of projections. |
