PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultraviolet light source unit which is hardly deteriorating of a light amount of ultraviolet light for a long time of use and needs easy maintenance service for keeping the amount of light.SOLUTION: The ultraviolet light source unit includes a plurality of ultraviolet light emitting diodes D arranged on a substrate 28 and a reflector member 27 with a slit-like opening 27S through which ultraviolet light is sent out from the ultraviolet light emitting diode D to a region in which an ultraviolet light emitting part 20A is formed. In addition, a contaminant preventing plate 26 is removably fitted in a slide groove 27G formed at the reflector member 27 by a sliding operation of the plate 26. The contaminant preventing plate 26 keeps airtight the space where the ultraviolet light emitting diode D is arranged, in such a state that the plate 26 is fitted. |
