PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the durability of a contact detecting device, while suppressing reduction in the sensitivity of the contact detecting device.SOLUTION: A contact sensor 50 includes a base layer 51; resistance layers 52 and 54 stacked on the base layer 51; a spacer layer 53 that is arranged between one set of resistance layers 52 and 54 and has a space for permitting the contact of the resistance layer 54, positioned on an upper layer with the resistance layer 52 positioned on a lower layer; and a spacer layer 57 that is stacked on the base layer 51 and has a space for permitting the contact of a layer positioned on the upper layer with a layer positioned on the lower layer. Existing part of the second spacer layer 57 is arranged, in response to the space of the spacer layer 53. The spacer layers 53 and 57 are constituted by a plurality of spacers (61 and 62) arranged separated by an interval within the plane. |
