The filter passes through only near infrared ray The photodetector detects a fluorescence signal A data processing block(300) comprises a digitization unit(310), a decision unit(320), and an operation unit(330). The digitalization unit process fluorescence intensity according to AIF and time. The decision unit decides an AIF representative point. An operation unit produces a perfusion rate which is outputted through an output unit(400).
