PURPOSE: A device for expelling a bird is provided to prevent reflection of solar light, and prevent birds from approaching to an electric pole due to bright light. CONSTITUTION: A solar cell(110) converts solar heat into electric energy. A bird sensing sensor(120) is operated by the electric energy. The bird sensing sensor is installed downward. The bird sensing sensor senses movement of birds around an electric pole(1). A bird expelling fan(130) rotates left/right by a signal of the bird sensing sensor. A bird expelling device(100) is fixed to the side of the electric pole by a fixing piece(101).
