PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cap for wine bottles which can prevent a cork from drying, prevent odor from intruding into a bottle through the cork and help wine inside the bottle breathe through the cork.SOLUTION: A cap for wine bottles 1 is formed from an inner cylinder 2 and an outer cylinder 3. The inner cylinder 2 is provided with a locking portion 8 formed in a way that at least a mouth portion 6 of a bottle 4 can be stored inside a reception space 7 formed inside the inner cylinder insertably and removably, and locked to the mouth portion 6 of the bottle 4. Meanwhile, the outer cylinder 3 forms a hermetic humidity retaining space 9 between the outer cylinder and the inner cylinder 2. The inner cylinder 2 is formed of an impermeable member with high thermal conductivity, and the outer cylinder 3 is formed of a permeable synthetic resin or glass. |
