PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to transfer funds without taking time with respect to more financial institutions.SOLUTION: A virtual ATM server 2 includes a virtual ATM processing part 21 which receives information associated with a payment source and payment data including an amount of paid money from a terminal 1, generates a payment instruction message for instructing payment on the basis of the payment data received from the terminal 1, transmits the generated payment instruction message to a financial institution B server 4, receives payment processing result data showing a result of payment processing at the financial institution B server 4 from the financial institution B server 4, receives money reception data including information associated with a payment destination, and instructs a financial institution A server 3 to pay the same amount of money as the amount of paid money to a financial institution A when the payment processing result data received from the financial institution B server 4 indicates success in payment processing. |
