PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a group management support device for objectively evaluating an individual character, and for managing and supporting a personal relation in a group based on the result.SOLUTION: A group management support device 100 includes: an act information acquisition part 1; a storage part 2; a self-evaluation acquisition part 3; a feature extraction part 4; a parameter calculation part 5; an evaluation value calculation part 6; other's evaluation calculation part 7; and a relation determination part 8. The act information acquisition part 1 obtains the act information of a user, and the self-evaluation acquisition part 3 obtains the self-evaluation value of the user, and the feature extraction part 4 extracts act features from the act information, and a parameter calculation part 5 calculates a parameter based on the act featured value, the self-evaluation value and prescribed mapping function, and the evaluation value calculation part 6 calculates a character evaluation value by using a parameter calculated for the mapping function, and the other's evaluation acquisition part 7 obtains the other's evaluation value to the user of the member, and a relation determination part 8 determines a personal relation based on the self-evaluation value and the other's evaluation value and the character evaluation value obtained after the calculation of the parameter. |
