PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat transfer device that exerts the cooling capability regardless of its arrangement and posture.SOLUTION: The heat transfer device, internally including a liquid-phase working medium and a gas-phase working medium, has a heat absorption part that imparts heat absorbed from the outside, to the working media, a heat dissipation part for discharging heat taken from the working media to the outside, and a forced cooling mechanism that is provided at the heat absorption part or the vicinity thereof so as to cool the gas-phase working medium and to generate the liquid-phase working medium in the heat absorption part. |
