PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a testing apparatus for a home network, the testing apparatus easily determining whether or not the network service is available; and to provide a method of the same.SOLUTION: A testing apparatus 10 for a home network has transmission means 30 that are connected to a home network 20 by which an exterior network 108 supplying network services is connected or by which terminal equipments 112 in a room are connected with each other, produce a pseudo stream which is a load equivalent to that to be burdened by the utilized network service to the home network 20, and transmit the pseudo stream to the home network 20. |
