PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid-state imaging device which performs tuning for columns or rows of a pixel array part or allows multi-row and multi-column tuning based on that in many parts, and has no difficulty in process such as voltage resistance generated in an SOC structure.SOLUTION: A repeated array pattern circuit 31 is formed in a first chip 32, an adjustment circuit 33 is formed in a second chip 34, and an electrical connection between the first and second chips 32 and 34 is a three-dimensional connection using a connection section 35. Thus, there is no restriction on the number of terminals (pins) connecting the repeated array pattern circuit 31 and the adjustment circuit 33, to allow tuning for rows and columns in a pixel array part 12 or multi-row and multi-column tuning based thereon in many parts. |
