PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating, ventilating, and/or air conditioning device which is simplified as much as possible, heating air stream speedily and effectively, and maximums the coefficient of performance "COP", in particular, 3-4.SOLUTION: This device includes an air conditioning circuit 6 allowing a refrigerant FR to circulate therein, a second circuit 10 allowing a heat exchange fluid FC to circulate wherein, and the first heat exchanger 8 and the second heat exchanger 9 for letting heat exchange between the refrigerant FR and the heat exchange fluid FC. The second circuit includes the third heat exchanger 14 and the fourth heat exchanger 15 for letting heat exchange between the heat exchange fluid FC and the air. The second circuit includes at least one bypass means 22 for letting the heat exchange fluid FC bypass from the outlet of the third heat exchanger to an inlet of the fourth heat exchanger. |
