A class indicating a guidance class of a medical examinee is acquired from the medical examination database 23 in a medical examinee information acquisition part 24, examination stage information of the medical examinee is acquired in an examination stage information acquisition part 25, and information on a destination to which the medical examinee is guided is acquired in a guidance destination information acquisition part 26. A guidance destination decision part 27 determines whether to permit guidance from the current stage to another stage based on the current examination stage of the medical examinee and the guidance destination information to the examination stage. A guidance destination presentation part 28 presents a guidance destination permitted based on the decided guidance destination, to the medical examinee. |
